Made from a single piece of professional quality Stainless Steel, the pan is incredibly versatile so you can grill chicken, meat, fish and vegetables to perfection. Includes a premium white oak cutting board with an innovative sloping design and grooves to collect all the delicious roasting juices for sauces.

Ooni Roasting Pans come in two sizes, Medium and Large. The Medium Skillet is recommended for cooking in 16″ and 24″ Ooni pizza ovens, as well as domestic ovens. The Large Skillet is recommended for cooking in 24″ Ooni pizza ovens and domestic ovens.
